SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are packed and processed within 24 hours of you placing an order excluding public holidays and weekends. After your order has been processed, you will then receive your tracking info from AusPost. Depending on the method of shipping you've selected, the time frame and cost will vary. All shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order.

Australia Shipping Times

Standard shipping: 5-7 Business Days

Express shipping: 1-3 Business Days

Delivery times may take longer depending on where you are located.

International Shipping Times

New Zealand: Express 5-8 Business Days I Standard 8-13 Business Days

Canada:  Express 4-8 Business Days I Standard 6-12 Business Days

USA: Express 7-10 Business Days  I Standard 10-15 Business Days

Ireland: Express 7-12 Business Days  I Standard 10-15 Business Days

United Kingdom: Express 6-13 Business Days I Standard 10-15 Business Days

Please note that shipping times may vary due to circumstances out of our control i.e. COVID-19. If you are ordering from another country, please be aware that fees may apply for goods entering your country in regards to import policies.

If your package doesn't arrive or goes missing due to the courier, we will get in contact with them directly to get to the bottom of it. Once we do this, we will notify you of the outcome. Regardless of the outcome, you will either receive the item your ordered or receive a refund if the product is out of stock.

 

Please note that TROPPO 4X4 PTY LTD is not liable for any missing items if you choose for the postal service to leave your package unattended.

​​RETURNS POLICY​

Here at Troppo 4x4 we offer a full refund on all of our quality 4wd products that have been purchased within 30 days back to the method of payment. To successfully receive a refund, all products must be unworn/unused, unwashed and undamaged with original packaging and full proof of purchase. Troppo 4x4 has the right to reject a refund if the above requirements are not met. In this instance, we will contact you via email and organise to have your return sent back to you. If you would like to return a product due to change of mind, you are liable for the shipping costs, tracking and freight insurance. Troppo 4x4 is not liable for your return package. In the instance where you are returning a faulty product, we will email you a return shipping label.

If you would like to get another size, please submit a returns request and then repurchase in the correct size as we sometimes have minimal stock and do not offer exchanges.
